A federal swimsuit filed by 11 former school members at Emporia State College fees that they misplaced their jobs as a result of they’d tenure, The Kansas Reflector reported.
The swimsuit is towards prime directors and members of the Kansas Board of Regents.
“These defendants noticed tenure as an obstacle to terminating tenured school who have been ‘problematic’ regarding points disfavored by the ESU administration,” the lawsuit says. “These points included being members or former members of the school senate committee, being perceived to or having friction with the administration, coverage sticklers, liberals, advocates, unionizers, and division or campus leaders.”
Emporia State has mentioned the school members, and others, misplaced their jobs for monetary causes.
