I’ve recovered from my SI joint injury sufficient that I can now pedal standing up for longer intervals. I hadn’t realized how a lot I’d missed it, it’s a good exercise and enjoyable. So I took my Vado upright over to the Coyote Creek path. Close to the paved path, there are a variety of off-road sections, used primarily by equestrians and walkers, but in addition nice for off-road biking. The paths are well-packed with few ruts, excellent for my low technical skill. I spent a nice hour over there on a pleasant morning.
