MANILA, Philippines—NLEX is in the upper half of the pack PBA Philippine Cup, thanks largely to the efforts of Robert Bolick.
Bolick, who earned the league’s PBA Press Corps-Pilipinas Live Player of the Week plum, powered the Road Warriors to victories over Meralco and Converge to bring the squad on a 3-1 record.
The San Beda product flashed his shooting prowess on both occasions but none bigger than his outing against the FiberXers on Saturday.

In NLEX’s 115-93 over the Aldin Ayo-led team, Bolick exploded for 46 points, eclipsing his previous career-best 44 points that he tallied in 2022 against the Bolts.
Yet, Bolick didn’t dwell upon his newest career feat, saying the win was more important.
“All I’m really thinking of is the win. The career-high is just an individual thing but this is a team sport. I’m happy that we won and I’m happy because my teammates were there to play,” said the former Northport star.

“Whoever coach brings in, they play well. Hopefully, this continues.”
The soon-to-be father posted norms of 36 points, 6.5 rebounds and 6.0 assists per game to zoom past Batang Pier rookie Cade Flores and Ginebra forward Jamie Malonzo for the weekly honors.
