I went on a local ride of a bit over two hours, first northwest of Morgan Hill in the Coyote Valley then West of town on some quieter residential streets. After warming up I did a brisk tempo ride of over an hour, then finished up with some intervals and short hill climbs. I felt fine after so I think this is the right amount for me for a harder day. In the afternoon I needed a haircut so I took my vado e-bike there and back, posted here.
